Shawn Milam of Metro NationaLease wrote, “Last night, one of my customers broke down on Rt. 295 in NJ at 11:00PM. After numerous attempts to get a vendor to go out to the customer had failed, we started looking for a replacement tractor. Fred Bentley from Bentley Truck Services, Inc., a NationaLease Member, responded to my service manager at 2:30AM and agreed to go himself to release a tractor from his Swedesboro location. We then could not find a tow company willing, in the next 3 hours, to go get the tractor and take it to the driver. Fred then agreed to go pick up the driver himself and take him to the tractor so he did not have to wait. I received a call at 7:30AM that the load was delivered successfully and I wanted to share this story with you. What Fred did last night was above and beyond and I just wanted to let everyone know how much I appreciated what he did.” Great job Fred and the team at Bentley Truck Services.
